Finally, called this company when no regional locksmith was available for emergency service. I had my finger crossed throughout the time their technician was working on ignition. After a complete hour, he replaced broken parts and carefully pulled out scraps from inside. Since then, the key is turning well. Like no issues. Worth trusting!!!

Quick, Easy, a bit expensive, but the delivery time was amazingly fast, maybe a bit more choices for the keys themselves, but I would absolutely use this product again.

Here is the zero star? Fusses and curses at customer right in front of me. Rudest of them all the “owner”. Disgusted definitely lost my business to Home Depot. No excuses. Customer right or wrong. He was rude and mean. All he had to do was make clear to customer return policy. Instead he reached no resolution but constantly bickered about not taking a return. Customer ended up leaving merchandise that was paid for in frustration and defeat. It was the worst customer service at its best. Your customer is so offended that they left without their paid for product or a deserved refund. Today you lost 2 customers.
